My absolute favorite vinaigrette for salads! Elegant, light, and delicious. It is divine in Ina Garten's "Vinaigrette For Green Salad" recipe and America Test Kitchen's "Foolproof Vinaigrette" recipe. I enjoy it most on a simple bed of delicate greens (spinach, arugula, or a spring mix) with toasted nuts (walnuts are my favorite), shreds of Parmigiano-Reggiano or crumbled goat cheese, and occasionally a light sprinkling of cranberries.

Real good white balsamic! Delicious! I'm a fan of Balsamic and frequently have salad work where I mix my own dressing with vinegar and olive oil.
