Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt is carefully harvested from the ancient salt ponds of the Guerande region of France. Its is one of the best French Gourmet Salt and great for any use.

100% All-natural, Traditionally Made

Secolari Fleur de Sel Sea Salt is hand-harvested using traditional Celtic methods. The sea water is evaporated in clay-lined salt ponds, and hand raked by Paludiers (French Salt Farmers) as the crystals form. The crystals are carefully collected from the very top layer from these famous salt ponds by techniques handed down from one generation to the next.
