Originating in Italy

Italian balsamic are made from Trebbiano or Lambrusco grapes and originate from Modena, Italy. They are aged at least 18 years in oak, ash or cherry barrels. Dark balsamic goes through a caramelizing process which gives it a distinctly deep, rich and velvety taste. White balsamic is not caramelized and has a sweeter, clearer taste. No additional sugars are added to our whites.

Phenomenal Flavors

Our uniquely flavored Italian balsamic are created on small family-owned, California farms. Carefully selected, hand-picked fruits, herbs or vegetables are added to the already beautifully aged balsamic creating a taste you'll never forget. Order now and Taste the Difference! Ships via USPS.
